57h Annual General Assembly (AGA): The 2026 Interline Celebration
Package
As previously announced, the WACA 57th Annual General Assembly: The 2026 Interline Celebration will be hosted by WACA from 11–15 October at the Shangri-La Yanuca Island Resort, Fiji. The package cost has been established at USD 975.00 per person based on double occupancy with an early bird discount cost of USD 925.00 if paid in full by 30 March. Flights
We have been informed that a discount on Fiji Airways flights will be granted from any destination to/from the Fiji AGA as well as to/from Auckland for participants on the post-AGA tour. The discount will only apply on flights that are booked on the same reservation. The discount will be advised as soon as it is known.
Additional Nights
For any participant wishing to take an additional night(s) prior to or following the 57th AGA, the Shangri-La Yanuca Island Resort will apply a special room rate for WACA participants of USD 215.00 per night double or single occupancy including breakfast. The rate is applicable up to three (3) nights prior to the opening of the AGA (8, 9 and 10 October) and up to (3) nights following the conclusion of the AGA (15, 16 and 17 October) subject to availability. Reservations at these rates must be made by WACA so please send your additional night(s) request to Lucie Forget who will make the booking on your behalf: lucie.forget1@gmail.com. Payment should be sent to WACA in the same way as shown in the 57th AGA brochure in the Events section of the WACA website.
Pre-AGA Tour
A pre-AGA tour on Viti Levu island, Fiji, is being researched and will be communicated to you in due course.
Post-AGA Tour (New Zealand, North Island)
Following the WACA 57th Annual General Assembly: The 2026 Interline Celebration, there will be a post-AGA tour of New Zealand’s North Island from 15–19 October. Departing from Auckland the tour will take participants amongst other things to the Hobbiton Movie Set where The Lord of the Ring and The Hobbit Trilogies were filmed, the Waitomo Gloworm Caves and to a Te Pā Tū Evening Māori Cultural Experience. Membership Messages
Communicate
“Membership Messages” are sent out on a regular basis to WACA Member Clubs, Members-at-Large and other individuals closely connected to WACA. Recipients in Member Clubs are requested to forward these messages to all members of their respective Club or direct their members to the News and Press Releases section of WACA's website where the messages are posted: www.waca.org/news/Pages/index.aspx.
