Oslo Airliners Club
The following message was received from Lena Liholm Normann, President, Oslo Airliners Club (OAC):
Dear members and other friends of Oslo Airliners Club,
We have now come to a final solution and I will have to bring you the information that Oslo Airliners Club will no longer exist. It has been a hard decision, but we have had the general meeting and it is all clear that we do not longer have a future in Oslo.
Some have been with the club for many years and some have really put their effort in trying to keep the club alive. I will especially say "thank you" to Lill Beate Haugnaess and Sissel Andersen for the work they have done.
Over the last years our members has dropped out and it is no longer the same interest for a club like this, like it was for some years ago. The reason for that can be many, but changes in the airline industry are one big reason.
OAC has some money left on our account and it was decided on the general meeting that we will donate this to "Gatebarna in Brazil", the project we have supported now for some years.
A special thanks to you all that have been involved with OAC from the early beginning until 2007.
I wish you all a nice summer, and again I am sad to say:
Good bye to you all!!

Obituary
Hungarian Interline Club members Csaba Csenyi, Georgina Papp and Barna Rimoczy send the following tragic news: founder-member and Steering Committee Member of the 12 year old Hungarian Interline Club (HIC), Zia Meszaros, passed away on 29 May. Known to many interliners around the world, Zia attended the Inter-Regional Get Together in Prague in April and on 16 May we had her kind company during a presentation and visit organised by the new Eurocontrol Station to HIC. Her memory will stay with us forever.

Yours in interlining,
