The club was founded in 1960 and has a very proud history. In 1982, 1989 and 2009 it was selected the WACA Club of the year; in 1987, 2000, 2003 and 2009 it was selected as the North American Regional Club of the year. The club boasts nine WACA Members of Honour and has had members elected to positions on the WACA Executive Committee including President, Secretary General, VP Public Relations, VP Sports and International Events, Regional Vice President for North America and all the Managers of WACA HQ have come from the club.
At the present time, activities consist of monthly dinners. There is also a tombola held annually in May in conjunction with a local charity. The North American Regional Meeting was held in Montreal in 2006 and 2009.
