- Each individual active member of a member club will be issued a WACA membership card produced by the Association.
- WACA World News, the official WACA publication.
- WACA Sports and International Events calendar.
- WACA Contact, the directory of interline clubs.
- Each year, member clubs will receive the annual report of the Association.
- Clubs are eligible for WACA annual awards for – Best Regional Club – Best Member Club – Best Media and Communications – Best International Event .
- Annual General Assemblies of one week duration.
- WACA has five separate regions and regional meetings are held in each region during the year. Europe, North America, Latin America and Caribbean, Near East and Africa, Far East and Australasia.
- A number of sports events are held every year hosted by different clubs.
- A number of international events are held every year hosted by different clubs.
- WACA Charitable Programs and the WACA Relief Fund are for the purpose of encouraging clubs in developing a social conscience by helping those less fortunates.
- WACA Bonanza Grand Venture and 50/50 tickets are available for purchase by member clubs or individual interliners..
- An elected Executive Committee administers the affairs of the Association. There are assistants and Auditors who volunteer their time to ensure the smooth running of WACA.
