42nd Annual General Assembly (AGA): The 2009 Interline Celebration
Registrations
Almost 300 interliners are now registered for the 2009 Interline Celebration reports Secretary General, Julian Chau. Registrations are still being received so Julian predicts that the 300 threshold will be surpassed.
Payment
Interliners are once again reminded that the balance of payment is due in Ringgits upon arrival. For reference purposes only, at the current rate of exchange, the total package price is around USD 720.00. Participants on the pre- and post-AGA tours are also reminded that payment must be made in full prior to departure. If full payment is not received, or the Member Club guarantees the payment, the individual will be removed from the list.
Arrival
Julian also reminds all participants to provide him with their arrival details as soon as possible. The international airport is far from the city of Kuala Lumpur so transportation will only be arranged for 3 and 4 October although the EC will be arriving on 2 October so some interliners may be able to take advantage of courtesy transportation should they arrive on the same flights. Grand Venture Bonanza
And the Winner is ...
The sixth draw of 2009 donated by the Interairline Club Zurich for one package for two people on Sunday, 6 December to its Christmas Party was made today by IATA Manager, Customer Service, Richard Leblanc. There were 1,260 tickets in the draw and the lucky winner is Heath Sandberg from the Sweden Airliners Club with ticket number 0347. Congratulations.
Next Draw

The remaining 1,259 tickets will now be included in the next draw of 2009 to be held at the end of October which has been donated by the Interairline Club Zurich for one package for two people on Sunday, 24 January to its Fondue Party.
