42nd AGA: The 2009 Interline Celebration
Registrations from Clubs around the world have begun in earnest to attend WACA's 2009 Interline Celebration to be held in Kuala Lumpur from 4-9 October. Interliners are, however, reminded that they must attend this event if the wish to take one of the pre- or post-AGA tours.
Pre-AGA Tour: Langkawi Tropical Get-Away

Post-AGA Tour: The Borneo Adventure (Packages A and B)
The recently published Borneo Adventure sold out within days so Secretary General, Julian Chau, immediately arranged a second tour (Package B) to try and accommodate as many interliners as possible. At time of writing, there are only a few places left on this tour so anyone thinking of attending should register as soon as possible. When Package B is full, a "standby" list will be set up.
Post-AGA Tour: Parameswara Sojourn
The Airline Club Singapore will welcome interliners on an exciting post-AGA tour from Kuala Lumpur via historical Malacca to Desaru Beach Resort in Singapore.

Grand Venture Bonanza
2009 Prizes
Interliners are reminded about the wonderful prizes that have already offered as prizes for the 2009 Bonanza:
Package "A" for one person (based on double occupancy) at the WACA Spring Get Together in Vienna donated by the Hungarian Interline Club;
a package for one person (based on double occupancy) at the 2009 Interline Celebration in Kuala Lumpur donated by WACA.
In addition, the Interairline Club Zurich have now offered the following fabulous prizes:
two packages to the Grill Party in August;
two packages to the Christmas Party at the end of November;
two packages to Fondue Party in January 2010.
A promotional flyer is being prepared and complete details will be published in due course.
Can your Club donate a prize to assist WACA raise some much needed revenues? All prizes big or small will be greatly appreciated.
Events Calendar
New Listings
"Why not Seychelles ...!" is the theme of the Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and Middle East Region as they gather for the Regional Meeting from 29-31 May. Interliners from around are invited to join with them for an informal get together in the Indian Ocean paradise.
Grande Festa
The Interline Club of Portugal invites interliners to join with them at the ever popular Grande Festa in beautiful Ponta Delgada in the Azores from 22-25 October.
